  • Delivery Time (within India): Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4ā€“7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Time (International Orders): International shipping times may vary between 10ā€“15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals, sale events, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service may include additional handling charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you love the product you receive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange Eligibility

  • You ordered the wrong product or size.

  • The product received is different from the description.

  • A wrong item/size was shipped by us.

  • The product is damaged/defective (must report within 48 hours of delivery).

Return/Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email your request to support@plussizekurta.com with images of the product and your order number within 48 hours of delivery (for damage-related claims).

  • Refund/exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 72 hours in serviceable pin codes.

  • If your pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup, please courier the product back to us. We will reimburse up to ā‚¹60 in courier charges; any amount above this will be borne by the customer.

Additional Terms

  • Items bought during sales, using coupons or vouchers, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by calling +91 9266629796 or writing to support@plussizekurta.com.

  • In case of size-related exchange, customers will bear the shipping cost for sending the product back to us.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received and passes the quality check.

  • If you request a return/exchange after 48 hours of receiving the parcel, we will offer an exchange or a coupon code equivalent to the paid amount.
