We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes sizing or styles may need to be adjusted. That’s why we offer an exchange-only policy under the following conditions:
Exchange Conditions:
- Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the product being delivered.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Inspection Requirement: All exchanged items will be inspected upon return. Products that show signs of being worn, damaged, or dirty will not be eligible for exchange.
- One-Time Exchange Only: Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only. Subsequent requests for exchange on the same order will not be entertained.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our support team at support@plussizekurta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
- Once we receive the product and complete our quality check, we will ship the new product to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Products that are used, worn, washed, or altered.
- Items that fail the quality check process.
Shipping Charges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of exchange.
- We will cover the shipping cost for the new item sent after successful inspection.
